CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and the terms of Jurlique’s Privacy Policy.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be 18 years and over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

17. PRIZE
18. Each winning entry which satisfies the Redemption Criteria will receive a prize valued at a total of AUD $3,660 comprised of:
a) one (1):

To the extent permitted by law, you unconditionally and irrevocably consent to the Promotor modifying the Content.
24. By entering this competition, you agree that the Promotor may publish and use Content including without limitation Content created at the Casting Day or in a Campaign Shoot in its marketing and promotional activities including, without limitation, online, at any events held by the Promotor, in store, on TV, digital and social channels.
25. You acknowledge and agree that Jurlique is not obliged to use any Content including, without limitation, Content created at the Casting Day or in a Campaign Shoot.
ACTIVATION CONTENT
26. You understand and agree that it is a condition of entry and of winning that you agree to provide Jurlique with additional activation content including but not limited to participating in written interviews, additional photos and video footage within 12 months of meeting the Redemption Criteria (Activation Content).
PERSONAL INFORMATION
27. You acknowledge that your personal information is collected to enable Promotor to administer and promote this competition.
28. You understand and agree that the Promotor will collect personal information from you when you enter the competition and use it for the purpose of running the competition (which may include disclosure to our third-party service providers for the purpose of processing and conducting the competition) and for promotional purposes surrounding the competition.

35. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this competition in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the competition is compromised, without liability to the participant.

The value of the gift card includes GST.
