You can purchase a Digital Gift Card directly from our website. Simply select the amount, add it to your cart, and check out as usual. Please note you cannot purchase a gift Card with another Jurlique gift card.

Our Digitial Gift Cards are delivered via email to the recipient. You can also choose to send it to your own email if you'd
like to print or forward it later.

Yes! You can include a personalised message when you choose the “Send As Gift” Option to add a thoughtful touch.

If you’ve misplaced your Digital Gift card email, our Customer Care team can help by resending it to you. Please note that Digital Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, including cases where the wrong email address was entered at the time of purchase. While we’re unable to replace Digital Gift Cards that have already been redeemed, we can assist by resending the Digital Gift Card to the correct email address. If this happens, contact our Customer Care team at customercare@jurlique.com.au right away, and we’ll do our best to help.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All Digital Gift Card sales are final.

Yes. Our standard return policy applies. For items purchased with a Digital Gift Card, your refund will be issued via gift card format.

  • If your Digital Gift Card was sent by email, you’ll receive it in your inbox.
  • Open the email to view your digital greeting card and personalised message.
  • You’ll see your gift card code inside — once you access it, your card is activated and ready to use

Digital Gift Cards can be used Online at jurlique.com.au or in Jurlique Concept Stores see the list here. They can be redeemed for products and spa treatments both online and in-store,
and for farm tours (in-store only). Gift cards cannot be used to purchase
another gift card.

Yes, our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Yes! You can use your Digital Gift Card as payment during a promotional event or sale, just like a regular payment method.

No problem! You can pay the remaining balance using any accepted payment method at checkout.

The remaining balance will stay on your card, and you can use it toward your next purchase — until the card expires.

Customers can check their gift card balance online through the Gift Card Balance page or in person at our concept stores.

Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@jurlique.com.au with the purchaser’s name or email. We'll do our best to help retrieve or reissue your gift card.

Yes! Your Physical Gift Card has now been upgraded to support both in-store and online use. Simply enter 00 in front of your existing 6-digit Physical Gift Card code at check out.
