Order your skincare favourites online and collect them from your chosen store. Simply select Pick Up at checkout, and we’ll email you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
- Browse and add your favourite products to the cart
- At checkout, select Pick Up
- Pick the store location that suits you best (Available across all Jurlique Concept stores except Birkenhead Point and Harbour Town locations)
- Complete your order online
- Collect in-store once you’ve received your “Ready for Collection” email
DoI need to pay online or in-store?
All Click and Collect orders must be paid for online at the time of purchase.
Why can’t I select my nearest store?
If your preferred store doesn’t appear at checkout, it means the items in your cart aren’t available at that location. To place your order, you can either select another store where the products are in stock or have your order shipped directly to you.
When and how will I know my order is ready?
You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup—usually within 24 hours after placing your order.
How long do I have to collect my order?
We recommend collecting your order within 3 days from the time you receive your notification.
What happens if I don’t collect my order?
We recommend collecting your order within 3 days of receiving your notification. If your order is not picked up after 3 days, we’ll send you reminder emails. Please note that orders not collected within 10 days will be cancelled and refunded.
What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
Please bring “Ready For Collection” email, either printed or shown on your device.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes. If you would like for someone else to collect your order, please forward your
Ready for Collection email to this person and include the full name of the person collecting within the email, as well as your permission for them to collect your order on your behalf.
Can I change or cancel my Click and Collect order?
If you need to cancel your order before collection, please reach out to our
Customer Care team at customercare@jurlique.com.au. Once collected, our standard return policy will apply.
