Due to our exciting BLACK FRIDAY Sale we are receiving a high volume of online orders. We want to ensure you all that our warehouse team is working very hard to send orders within 3-5 business days; we're so grateful for your patience whilst we get all of your Jurlique goodies ready for delivery.
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Most online orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours. Your order should arrive in 3-7 business days if you choose Standard Delivery as your Shipping method.
Shipping will be faster if you choose Express Post Shipping - please check with the Australia Post website for exact delivery information.
We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
Shipping on orders of $50 or more is free and will be shipped via Standard Post. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total.
For orders less than $50, delivery will cost $10. We also offer Express Post shipping for $15.
Shipping on all orders to New Zealand is $16 NZD via Express Service.
Please note we cannot ship Hand Sanitiser to New Zealand due to its dangerous goods status.
Orders placed on our Australian website, jurlique.com.au, can only be delivered to an Australian address. If you’re in New Zealand, the US or UK and select European countries, you can shop from our New Zealand, US or UK online stores respectively. You can change your region at the drop down located at the bottom of our website to start shopping.
Jurlique uses Australia Post as their courier provider.
Your Australia Post tracking details will become available within 24-48 business hours of when you placed your online order.
For easy parcel tracking please download the FREE Australia Post application and create an account. Each time you place an order online your tracking details will be automatically uploaded into this application.
Please note that you can also use the Australia Post application for any parcel requests such as; redirection requests, change of postage method.
If you checked out as a registered customer, you can also check within the “My Orders” page of your account. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your email spam folder or contact Customer Care with your order number.
