I’ve been using the Jurlique Lip Balm for a while now, and from an Ayurvedic perspective, it feels really nourishing—especially if your lips tend to get dry and chapped (which is classic Vata imbalance). The balm is rich with natural oils like shea butter and macadamia, so it keeps my lips soft and moisturized for a good while.
I also appreciate the gentle herbal ingredients like chamomile and calendula that soothe any irritation, which helps if your lips feel inflamed or sensitive (something Pitta types will like). The rose scent is lovely and calming, but if you’re sensitive to fragrances, it might feel a bit strong.
Overall, it’s a lovely lip balm if you want something that hydrates deeply and protects your lips, especially through dry or cold weather. Just keep in mind, if you prefer something lighter or fragrance-free, this might feel a little heavy.

I had reservations before buying this lip balm only because it seemed expensive for a standard lip balm as opposed to a lip mask. However, I’m glad to report it was worth it as it is a quality product. I feel it nourishes the lips well in a natural way that doesn’t dry out the lips, provides immediate as well as long-lasting relief and can be used any time of the day.
